On 27 May 2022, the Nursing Student Club, the School of Nursing, Mae Fah Luang University (MFU) won the second prize (best continuous process) in the Nursing Student Club Creating Tobacco-free Environment in Thailand contest. This contest was hosted by the Nurse Network on Tobacco Control in Thailand and the Nurses’ Association of Thailand. Moreover, Ms. Prapatsorn Thammatha, a lecturer of the School of Nursing and the club advisor, and Ms. Thanyalak Changkid, a second-year nursing student participated the award presentation ceremony as the representatives of the club at the Nurses’ Association of Thailand.
