On 8 – 10 June 2022, Dr.Piyatida Pialuprasidh, Dean of the School of Management and Dr.Pratsanee Na Keeree, Assistant Dean of the School of Management were invited by Dr.Geoff Perry, Executive Vice President, Global Chief Membership Officer & Managing Director, Asia Pacific at AACSB International to join “Annual Accreditation Conference: Asia Pacific (In-Person)” at Singapore Management University, Singapore.
The School of Management, Mae Fah Luang University has officially become an AACSB member since January 2021. This conference aimed to bring together business school leaders from the Asia Pacific region to discover best practices and new innovations as well as discuss matters based on the continuous review process; the 2020 business accreditation standards; measuring and implementing initiatives that generate a positive societal impact; and networking and building connections with decision makers in business education. Moreover, there was a series of activities including keynote speech on “Exploring the Learnings of the 2020 Standing – Two Years in Review” presented by Professor Stephanie Bryant, Executive Vice President, Global Chief Accreditation Officer and Dr. Geoff Perry, Executive Vice President, Global Chief Membership Officer & Managing Director, Asia Pacific and seminars on the societal impact of intellectual contributions; global partnerships that pave the way for higher education; bringing your business school to life through strategic planning; and preparing for peer review teams (PRT) visit.
