On 13 June 2023, Prof. Dr.Sujitra Wongkasemjit, Acting Vice President of Mae Fah Luang University and MFU executives welcomed delegates from Xiangtan University, China led by Prof. Ge Fei, Vice President of Xiangtan University at Doi Ngaem Meeting Room, Vanchai Sirichana Building, Mae Fah Luang University.
The purpose of this visit was to discuss further collaboration with the School of Information Technology, the School of Management, the School of Law and the School of Sinology especially in terms of summer student exchange programme as well as faculty and staff exchange programme. The exchange programmes will promote collaborative research, academic activities, cultural and language exchange between students and staff members of the two universities.
In addition, after the meeting, the delegation of Xiangtan University took a campus tour to MFU Memorial Hall, library and the Sirindhorn Chinese Language and Culture.
