On 20 January 2024, the Global Relations Division organised the MFU Campus Tour for New International Students activity for over 45 international students (both full-time and exchange students) from Austria, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, China, Czech Republic, Myanmar, Slovakia and USA.
This activity aimed to help new students adjust to campus life by bringing them to MFU landmarks and facilities around campus including MFU Founding President’s residence, M4U Center, Food Makerspace, Aviation Business Training center, Lan Thong Chaloem Phra Kiat Vihara, Sirindhorn Chinese Language and Culture Center, Mekong Basin Civilization Museum, Botanical Garden, MFU Stadium, and Memorial Hall.
During the walk rally activity, new students were divided into groups and visited different locations in order to collect stamps under the guidance of students from MFU Young Ambassadors 2023 and International Student Club.
Altogether, participants had an opportunity to not only learn more about MFU facilities but also get new friends, appreciate the differences between team members and increase collaboration and communication skills.
