On 3 April 2025, Asst. Prof. Dr. Matchima Naradisorn, President of Mae Fah Luang University, presented a bouquet of flowers to Prof. Dr.Saroat Rawdkuen of the School of Agro-Industry to extend congratulations on the occasion of his Royal Appointment to the academic rank of Professor in the field of Food Science and Technology, effective from 7 January 2021, as officially announced on 23 March 2025, during the Executive Meeting 5/2025 held at Doi Tung Room, Vanchai Sirichana Building.
Prof. Dr.Saroat Rawdkuen is a world-class researcher whose outstanding research and innovations have continuously brought value to Mae Fah Luang University. With unwavering dedication and commitment to producing high-quality research, he has been ranked among the World’s Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University in the field of Food Science from 2019 to 2024, and is one of only 15 researchers from Thailand to receive this recognition.
