MFU Students Win the Thailand MICE Youth Challenge 2021

    Mae Fah Luang University would like to congratulate students from the Tourism Management programme, the School of Management who won the first place in the Thailand MICE Youth Challenge 2021 on 7 July 2021 organised by the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) via an online platform.

    Completing against six teams, the Money Witch team including Ms. Rokiyoh Sahoh, Ms. Thanrada Tangpanitannan, Ms. Yuwadee Laowue and Ms. Thamonwan Nualkam won the first place with their “Woman Worldwide Wealth BANGKOK” project. The supervisors of winning team are Dr.Athitaya Pathan, Dr.Chachaya Yodsuwan and Mr. Teerapun Tadniyom. Also, the winners are qualified to represent Thailand in the AFECA Asia MICE Youth Challenge 2021 which will be held on 25 November 2021 in an online format.

   The Thailand MICE Youth Challenge is an annual MICE competition aiming to provide a stage for university students majoring in MICE or Business Events, Business Management, Tourism and Hospitality related fields to show-off their abilities by conceptualising a business plan according to what they have learned about MICE. 

   On the whole, the achievement of management students shows MFU’s full effort to enhance students’ MICE knowledge and broaden their experience in order to be professionals who help develop Thailand’s MICE industry in the future.
