MFU Holds the Virtual Novel Technology for Food Production Course with Partner Universities

     On 9-23 October 2021, the School of Agro-Industry and the Global Relations Division (GRD), Mae Fah Luang University organised “the Virtual Novel Technology for Food Production Course” for over 200 participants via Zoom meeting platform.

     This course was taught on weekends by nine renowned professors of seven universities from five countries including Central Luzon State University, the Philippines; IPB University (Institut Pertanian Bogor), Indonesia; Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), Thailand; Sebelas Maret University (UNS), Indonesia; Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Malaysia; Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia; and University of Tsukuba (UT), Japan.

     After completing the course, participants earned the e-Certificate and knowledge of the principles of novel food processing techniques; the novel food processing operation; and its application and effects on product properties and qualities.
