On 13 – 17 March 2023, four delegates from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), who participated in Non-Academic Staff Mobility Programme, visited Mae Fah Luang University to share best practices, explore possible joint initiatives, and establish long-standing professional relations with Mae Fah Luang University staff members.
The Non-Academic Staff Mobility Programme aimed at promoting the exchange of knowledge and experience, enhancing the skills and competencies, and promoting internationalization and diversity of perspectives. During the programme, ITS delegates visited MFU academic facilities and divisions such as the Policy and Planning Division, the Scientific and Technological Instruments Center, library, MFU Intellectual Property Management and Innovation Division, MFU Learning Innovation Institute, Global Relations Division, and M for U (a one-stop service unit for students).
The participants of ITS Non-Academic Staff Mobility Programme included: Ms. Evi Wijayanti from Directorate of Research and Community Service; Ms. Titis Rosari from Management and Program Control Unit; Ms. Miftakhul Janah from Financial Division; and Ms. Siti Jubaidah from Financial Division.
All in all, this programme offered meaningful opportunity for non-academic staff members from ITS and MFU to develop a professional network as well as exchange best practices and knowledge that can be applied to improve the work efficiency.
