On 26 October 2023, the delegates of Griffith University, Australia including Ms. Ann Toh, Regional Marketing Manager and Ms. Apiradee Bunyalekha, Managing Director of Asiania International Consulting visited Mae Fah Luang University to discuss further collaboration with Dr.Matej Balen and Asst. Prof. Dr. Tipavinee Suwanwong Rodbundith, representatives of the School of Management; Mr. Nattapat Suejam, a lecturer of the School of Liberal Arts; and Dr.Nichan Singhaputargun, Acting Head of the Global Relations Division.
Mae Fah Luang University, led by the School of Management and Griffith University have developed academic cooperation and enhanced bilateral relationships through the visiting scholar programme under the Memorandum of Understanding since 2019. This visit, therefore, aimed to maintain partnership and expand academic cooperation between two universities in other collaborative activities such as an international symposium, a joint research between MFU’s Business Administration Programme and Griffith University’s Business School, as well as an exchange of tourism students.
Moreover, the two universities discussed the possibilities of cooperation in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) programme between the School of Liberal Arts and Griffith University.
