On 26 January 2024, the Global Relations Division (GRD) held the New International Student Orientation 2/2023 at Kham Mok Luang Room, M-square Building in order to help new students at all levels smoothly adjust themselves to new learning and living environment.
In this second semester of academic year 2023, MFU has welcomed more than 80 new full-time and exchange students from Austria, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Cameroon, China, Czech Republic, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Pakistan, Philippines, Slovakia, Somalia, Sri Lanka, USA, and Vietnam.
The orientation was held to provide new international students with important information about MFU’s teaching system and services including registration system; immigration rules and regulations; student activities and facilities; health insurance; internship programme; library services; exchange programme; and scholarships through the presentations from relevant divisions and the seniors. In addition, there were games that helped new students get to know each other and meet with seniors and lecturers.
