The 14th Multi-GNSS Asia Annual Conference

     On 30 January – 2 February 2024, the Geo-Informatics and Space Technology Development Agency (GISTDA) in collaboration with Multi-GNSS Asia and partners organised the 14th Multi-GNSS Asia Annual Conference under a theme of “Enhancing Resilience in the Greater Mekong Subregion” at Mae Fah Luang University. 

     The purpose of this conference was to bring together system providers, government agencies, academia and industries in Asia and Oceania regions and other parts of the globe to present and exchange ideas, latest trends on Global Positioning System and Navigation technologies as well as the utilization of Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) technology.

     Moreover, the opening ceremony was attended by Asst. Prof. Dr. Matchima Naradisorn, President of Mae Fah Luang University; Mr. Atsushi Watanabe, Director-General for International Cooperation, Japanese National Space Policy Secretariat (NSPS), Cabinet Office of Government of Japan; Dr.Pakorn Apaphant, Executive Director of Geo-Informatics and Space Technology Development Agency (Public Organization); and Ms. Tiziana Bonapace, Director of ICT & Disaster Risk Reduction Division, UNESCAP.
