On 12 August 2024, the Global Relations Division organised the Chiang Rai Discovery Trip for over 80 international students. This one-day trip introduced students to various cultural and tourist attraction sites in Chiang Rai province, including the Black House Museum, Blue Temple, White Temple, and Singha Park.
Chiang Rai province, the location of the university, has rich traditions, diverse ethnicities, and captivating artistic expressions. This activity aimed to offer an opportunity for students to immerge themselves in Thai culture, arts, and beliefs displayed through fantastic traditional Lanna-style architecture, valuable Buddha images, beautiful artworks, stunning natural scenery. Additionally, they could make new friends from different countries and schools while enjoying the trip and participating in games.
