MFU would like to congratulate students from the School of Information Technology who were the winner of August Monthly Smart Start Idea by GSB Startup contest and a prize of 30,000 baht.
The Smart Start Idea by GSB Startup contest was organized by the Government Savings Bank and Mae Fah Luang University Intellectual Property and Innovation Development Office (MFii) with a main purpose to encourage students to create works or ideas that can be concretely utilised for commercial purposes. From May to December 2018, students are invited to enthusiastically showcase their work by submitting a three-minute video presentation under the monthly topics set by the Government Savings Bank.
Competing against several works submitted under the concept of "Idea WoW” (creating new Business Model), a Chanchalah 56/09 team won the August 2018 contest for their “Pumpuang application”.
