The School of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, Mae Fah Luang University, together with Mae Fah Luang University Hospital, Bangkok, proudly hosted the 21st Mae Fah Luang International Conference in Dermatology and Anti-Aging Medicine (MICDA) from 2–8 December 2024, at the Golden Tulip Sovereign Hotel in Bangkok.
With the theme of “The Science of Beauty: Integrating Skin Health, Aesthetics and Longevity”, the event began with a comprehensive Pre-conference Aesthetic Dermatology Program from 2–6 December, followed by the main conference on 7–8 December. The conference featured over 35 esteemed speakers from both local and international arenas. Among the distinguished participants was Prof. Emeritus Takehiko Fujino, a renowned authority in anti-aging medicine from Japan, who attended as an honorary guest. With academic sessions divided into four key tracks: Aesthetic Dermatology, Anti-Aging Medicine, Public Education, and Music Therapy, the conference delivered cutting-edge insights and fostered dynamic discussions on advancing healthcare practices.
Complementing the academic sessions were engaging lunch symposiums, hands-on workshops, and a bustling exhibition area featuring over 30 exhibitors showcasing the latest innovations in dermatology and anti-aging medicine. The conference drew over 300 participants from around the world, including leading professionals, researchers, and industry pioneers. Through its outstanding sessions, collaborations, and innovative activities, the 21st MICDA reaffirmed Mae Fah Luang University’s status as a global leader in education, research, and advancements in dermatology and anti-aging medicine.
