Organised by BMI in partnership with the Times Higher Education, the “Talk Global Study Fair”, served as a vital bridge connecting prospective Vietnamese students with universities worldwide. The MFU delegation seized this opportunity to showcase the university’s study programmes, admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, and exchange programmes. Their direct engagement empowered participants with the crucial information needed to make informed decisions about their academic futures and careers. Over 40 universities and educational institutions from Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hongkong, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Norway, Singapore, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, and Vietnam participated in the fair.

Beyond student recruitment, the fair provided a platform for MFU to cultivate vital international partnerships. The delegation engaged in productive dialogues with representatives from other universities, fostering an exchange of insights and information for potential future academic collaboration that could enrich the educational experiences of students at both institutions.

The visit to Vietnam offered a direct and impactful avenue to elevate MFU’s profile as a premier academic destination for Vietnamese students. Through dynamic interactions with students, dedicated teachers, and engaged parents, the MFU representatives provided insights into the unique learning environment and vibrant student life that defines the MFU experience. This direct engagement effectively demystified the university and painted a vivid picture of the opportunities awaiting those who choose to study in Chiang Rai, Thailand.
