Mae Fah Luang University would like to congratulate students who won the first prize in the pitching round of Startup Thailand League 2019 at Silpakorn University on 27-28 April 2019.
The Startup Thailand League 2019 has been running in 4 regions of Thailand. The competition provides an opportunity for undergraduate students to create business models that can generate profits and bring about changes in society.
In this competition, all MFU students has showcased their creativity and ability in inventing something based on the problems they faced in daily life and converting those great ideas into a reality.
BMG team, consisting of Mr. Siraphop Phamung, Mr. Nawin Deangnul, Ms. Athitaya Kesornkaew, Ms.Pansira Kuapanich from the School of Information Technology and Ms. Phawanrat Iawhasuafrom the School of Management, won the first place in health tech sector with the special award of 50,000 baht. They also received 25,000 baht for the further development of their prototype and passed to the Demo Day. BMG are gloves that use heat to stimulate a circulation of breast milk and relieve a blocked milk duct, common and painful problem during breastfeeding.
Moreover, Prof.Gems team, including Ms. Sutussa Sanon, Mr. Thanapat Sanongyat, Ms.Katechanok Wisawanawin from the School of Information Technology, Ms. Suttinee Pechsatian from the School of Law and Ms. Jenjinta Pujinda from the School of Management, received 25,000 baht for the further development of their prototype and passed to the Demo Day.
