At the Universiti Utara Malaysia, MFU delegates visited the U-Assist Centre, an one-stop centre, to observe the authoritative and efficient services on academic and non-academic matters to UUM students.

Furthermore, MFU delegates visited the Centre for International Affairs and Cooperation, and the Institute of Quality Management Centre to learn and exchange information about internationalisation strategy, internal quality management as well as data system and management. In addition, a discussion with the Centre for International Affairs and Cooperation inspired the establishment of possible collaboration for student and staff exchange between UUM and MFU.

The delegation also observed and exchanged best practices on data management, international strategy and activities for international students with Vice President for International Affairs of PSU, Assist. Prof. Dr. Thakerng Wongsirichot and the International Affairs Officers.

Finally, this was a valuable chance for MFU executives and staff to learn and apply good practices for a better system facilitating the internationalisation strategy.
