Mae Fah Luang University would like to congratulate Mr. Arzan Pariyavathit, a third-year student from the Occupational Health and Safety programme, the School of Health Science who received the second prize and an award of 15,000 baht in the Safety Brand Ambassador Youth 2019 contest.
The contest was held as a part of the 33rd National Occupational Safety and Health Conference by the Thailand Institute of Occupational Safety and Health at Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC), Bangkok on 4-6 July 2019.
The winners of the Safety Youth Brand Ambassador 2019 will promote and reinforce the safety awareness among the general public as the brand ambassador of the Thailand Institute of Occupational Safety and Health.
Additionally, MFU’s lecturer and students from the Occupational Health and Safety programme exhibited the gas detector, an innovative instrument for checking the air quality in the workplace in the 33rd National Occupational Safety and Health Conference.
The Occupational Health and Safety programme at MFU has a strong intention to create graduates who are well-rounded in occupational health and safety, and have the ability to systematically develop solutions to occupational health problems as well as improve occupational health and safety for all sectors.
