The special event “Thai Dessert x Buddy” was held by the Global Relations Division on 7 September 2019 at the Food Laboratory at Scientific & Technological Laboratory Building.
Over 80 students including Thai and international students joined the workshop for learning how to cook two Thai desserts which were pumpkin custard and banana in coconut milk.
As Thai cuisine can indicate the way of life, thoughts and spirits of Thai people, this Thai dessert cooking workshop not only provided opportunity for student to meet new friends but also help them learned more about Thai culture from an amazing hand-on cooking experience.
