Liberal Arts Lecturer Win Rising Star Award in the Story Writing Contest

Competing against 300 stories submitted under the theme of "the School of Love and Democracy," Ms. Wannarin Winidgidjaroen, a lecturer from the School of Liberal Arts won the Rising Star Award for her “The Kingdom of the Blue Ants.”

The Kingdom of the Blue Ants tells a story of an elephant, ants and a bird who depend upon each other. This story conveys the main message that the differences are what make people so valuable.

The contest was held on 11 January 2020 by the Foundation for Children, Thailand as a part of its 40th anniversary celebration. The wining stories will be published and the proceeds will be donated to support the activities of the Foundation for Children.
